Once I just thought and asked myself the question – what needs to be done to improve my dreams and began to analyze and my conclusions showed two facts:
1) Spiritual realm,
2) Physical realm,
Spiritual realm – our thoughts are a reflection of our inner world and the creation of certain logical neural connections that affect our emotional background.
Physical realm – external factors that affect our development and our inner world, such as: food, water and our relationships with other people.
The life hack is to create an action script and combine two factors, an example script:

A) avoiding alcohol
B) refusal to read political and other negative news.
C) Refusal of negative thoughts.
D) Refusal of negative words.
F) Refusal of negative music, especially in which there is jargon.
G) refusal to communicate with people who only talk about the negative.
